Our studio handles multiple creative and digital projects at the same time, and we’re looking for an experienced Team Lead who can help keep projects moving from planning to delivery. This is a coordination and leadership position. You’ll work between designers, developers, clients, and other contributors to make sure everyone understands priorities and deadlines. We need someone who can spot problems early, keep communication clear, and make sensible decisions when project requirements change.
Your day-to-day responsibilities

Coordinate designers, developers, and other specialists
Break project requirements into actionable tasks
Establish project priorities and timelines
Run team check-ins
Monitor progress and dependencies
Review work against project requirements
Communicate project updates to stakeholders
Identify risks and blockers
Help resolve team-level issues
Coordinate final delivery and handoff

Success in this role means
Projects stay organized without unnecessary meetings or micromanagement. Team members know what they are responsible for, clients receive clear updates, and potential delivery problems are identified before they become major issues.   There is potential for continued collaboration if the initial engagement works well.
