Project overview We’re preparing to introduce a CRM system to bring our client, sales, and project information into one organized environment. We need someone who can take our existing business processes and translate them into a practical CRM setup. The goal is not simply to configure software, but to create a system that our team can actually use consistently. You’ll work with us to understand our current workflow, configure the CRM, establish user roles, and make sure the core customer journey is represented correctly.
