We’re building a new digital product and want to create an onboarding experience that helps first-time users understand the product quickly and reach their first meaningful outcome with minimal friction. We’re looking for a UI/UX designer with strong user research, wireframing, and prototyping skills to examine the onboarding journey and create a clear, intuitive experience. The project will focus specifically on the early user journey rather than designing an entire application. We want to understand what new users need to see, what information should be requested, and where unnecessary friction can be removed.
